Replacement Policy for Truefree Earphone Charging Case

If you have lost your Truefree earphone charging case and you are in a country where Amazon services are available, we can provide a free replacement, subject to stock availability in our Amazon warehouse.

In cases where the Amazon warehouse is out of stock or Amazon services are not available in your country, please contact our support team at support@itruefree.com.
